First off, I love the bracelet. Nicely made great colors.
Usually, I have problems with items like this. I have fairly large wrists and most "one size fits all" items do not fit.
I spoke with the people at Strum about this and the agreed that the normal size wouldn't fit me. So they offered to add additional beads to the bracelet so that it would fit.

I have not taken Taylor Hawkins’s death well, but one thing I’ve been doing to help is running to Foo Fighters songs. Six years ago I had a stroke, and even though I can’t feel it, seeing this bracelet sliding up and down my wrist while I’m going has been so life-affirming and positive, I feel like I’m carrying the good energy and things their music represented for me everywhere I go. I had seen Strung before and often thought of buying something. Well I Love the Foo Fighters and when I saw the Pretender I knew that I wanted have have one. Unfortunately my wrist is over 9 inches around and Strung bracelets don't come that big. Enter support, I chatted with directly and my problem is immediately fixed.
