Return/Exchange Policy for items purchased on our website: 

 

**HOLIDAY EXCHANGE WINDOW EXTENDED**

Any items purchased online between November 26-December 26 can be exchanged or returned by January 10th. 14 Day Exchange Window does not apply! 

 

Items purchased online (not including sale items, custom orders or Heavy Metal Sterling Silver) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.  Items must be unopened, and in new and unused condition or they will NOT be accepted. After 14 days (starting with the day you receive your order), refunding/exchanging is not possible. Sale items are subject to a $5 Restocking/Exchange fee. Strung Live items/Custom Orders are Final Sale. 

Please send the items you’d like to return by an insured and traceable shipping method.  Items must be securely packaged in the same way they were received to prevent damage.  Please include your order number and contact information and email customerservice@getstrung.com

Returns can take up to 30 days during non-holiday periods.  You will be refunded the original amount of the item minus any shipping fees. There is a restocking fee of $5 per order for returns and exchanges. This fee will be waived if a store credit is issued rather than a refund. 

Please note that because we make custom made orders, we are not obliged by law to offer a refund, but because customer satisfaction is our #1 priority…we offer 14 days.

Return/Exchange Policy for items purchased at an event:

At this time we are unable to offer returns for items purchased at an event. All event purchases are final sale since they are already discounted over 25%. If you need to make a size exchange it must be done within 14 days of the event and there is a $5 Restocking Fee. Please contact customerservice@getstrung.com with any further questions.

Repair Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you jewelry needs to be repaired within 45 days of purchase, we will repair it at no cost to you. All you have to do is ship it back to us (Some restrictions apply). 

After 45 days, we will repair your jewelry with a $10 repair fee per item. Please contact : customerservice@getstrung.com

After 1 year we do not offer repairs but we can offer you a coupon for a new bracelet just contact us at: customerservice@getstrung.com 

Please allow up to 30 days or more to receive your repaired bracelet back.

Cancellation Policy:

 

We are not able to Cancel an order once it's placed on our website. You will have to send it back to us upon delivery (within 14 days) for a refund. 

Sizing Issues

We understand it can be a little tricky getting the size right the first time. However, we would love to get it right. Send an email to customerservice@getstrung.com and we will guide you through the steps you will need to take. Keep in mind there is a $5 Re-Size fee per order and it must be done within 14 days. For Strung Live orders there is a $25 Re-size fee per order (if that artists strings are still available) because each item is one a kind and made to order. Exchanges can take up to 30 days to be processed.

Heavy Metal Sterling Silver:

 All Heavy Metal Sterling Silver jewelry is Final Sale. You can return within 14 days for Store Credit Only. 

Damaged Items

We package items in the most safe and secure way to prevent damage during shipping.  In the unlikely event that your item has damage when you first receive it, you must contact us immediately.   All damaged items not claimed within five business days will not be exchanged or replaced.  You must save all packing materials and email a picture of the damaged items upon receipt to info@getstrung.com in order to be considered for an exchange.
