How do I know if my order went through?

After you place your order, you will receive two emails from getstrung.com. The first email is a receipt/confirmation which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email via USPS.com once your order is on its way. If you do not receive these emails please email us at customerservice@getstrung.com

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or Holidays. 

When will my order arrive?

We ship USPS First Class Mail. The Delivery time is 1-3 Business Days after it is shipped out.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most major countries. If you do not see your country listed, please send us a message and we can get you an accurate quote.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on ALL Domestic Orders. Shipping costs to all other countries are determined on a per country basis.

Where is my order?

Due to the current state of the world, USPS has seen unprecedented volume and therefore shipping time can be delayed. If you do not receive your package 14-21 days (21 days during peak Holiday season) after it was shipped out please file a missing package claim with USPS and email us to discuss further options. 

My order is marked "delivered" but I don't have it..

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometimes, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake.

Occasionally USPS will mark packages as "Delivered" before they've actually left the package at your address. Typically they show up within 24-48 hours after being marked as "Delivered", so hang tight for a day or two!

If you don’t have any luck there and you still haven't received your package after 48 hours of it being marked as "delivered", we’ll be happy to look into it for you, however this is most likely an issue with your local post office.
